If you’re interested in joining GOAL, please fill out and submit the application below. Our Membership Screening Committee will review it and reach out.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Joining GOAL is a three-step process:

    1. Complete and submit the application with a copy of the front and back of your photo ID.

    2. Upon submission of your application, you will be taken to a payment page where you can remit payment for the application fee/membership dues.

    3. GOAL’s membership committee will review your application and inform you if it was approved or rejected.

    Should your application be rejected, GOAL will issue you a refund.

  • GOAL is appreciative of support from the community. In the interest of safety of our members, GOAL requires a membership application which records your personal information, a statement of why you wish to join GOAL, your expectations as a potential member, and a copy of the front and back of a valid ID card. GOAL’s membership committee will review your application and inform you if they approve or reject your application. Should your application be rejected, GOAL will issue you a refund.

  • GOAL prefers payments via credit/debit card and ACH.

    GOAL also accepts cash and checks. However, if you are applying/renewing for membership, upon submission of your application your information will be recorded in a secure database. You may close the payment window and contact a board member to remit payment.

  • Yes. All applicants, new or renewal, must complete an application and remit payment. This ensures that GOAL has the most up to date contact information for you.

    Lifetime members are encouraged to complete the application to ensure that we have the most current contact information for you, but it is not required.

  • New/renewal application fee is $30.00 per year.

    OR

    Lifetime member application fee is a one-time payment of $300.00.

  • Yes. When you purchase the membership application fee, you will be asked to choose between:

    • One-time annual payment of $30.00 (you will be required to remit payment annually to keep your membership status in good standing

    • Annual recurring payment of $30.00

    • One-time payment of $300.00 for a Lifetime Membership

    When you check out it is recommended that you create an account. This will allow you faster checkout in the future, gives you access to your purchase history and allows you to edit or delete a payment method.

  • Yes. When you check out, it is recommended that you create an account to save your payment method for faster checkout. You will also be able to see your purchase history, edit/delete your payment methods and update/cancel any recurring payments.

  • GOAL has applied to receive payment via ESS and is awaiting a response from the NYPD. We will make an announcement and send an email out when our application is approved.

  • Yes. Please click on “Support Us” in the navigation header up above and make a recurring or one-time donation via debit/credit card, ACH or check. Please email info@goalny.org‍ ‍if you require more information.

  • GOAL membership meetings are for members only. GOAL uses Robert’s Rules to regulate and moderate meetings. Guests may attend only if they are sponsored by a member and are admitted by the meeting chair. Guests are not allowed to participate in general discussion, debate, make motions or vote. Guests may address the membership if granted permission in advance on a specific topic.

  • Yes, GOAL welcomes recruits as long as you fill out the membership application and submit a copy of the front and back of your ID card. See a board member or an active member of GOAL at fraternal day for a 100% off coupon code for your first year membership.
