Meet your Bronx borough liaison, Dominique Burke. He has volunteered to be GOAL’s first borough liaison -representing all Bronx comands. Dominique is a five year veteran, assigned to the 40th precinct. He can also be found singing with the NYPD Jazz band on many nights. Please feel free to reach out to him about events, concerns or even to arrange to pick up your GOAL 2026 membership card.
