Our service to the LGBTQ+ community takes many forms. Here’s another opportunity to put it into practice.
Callen-Lorde has invited 2–3 GOAL members to provide event support at its 2026 Community Health Awards, continuing a partnership we’ve proudly supported in previous years.
The annual celebration recognizes people and organizations advancing LGBTQ+ health and wellness. Volunteering is a practical way to support that work—and Callen-Lorde’s mission of providing high-quality, affirming healthcare to our communities.
The details:
- When: Thursday, November 5, 2026
- Where: Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers, NYC
- Hours: 5:00–11:30 PM, with a flexible end time
- Role: Event support at designated areas throughout the venue, helping create a safe and welcoming evening for guests
