NYPD Fraternal Day - June 2nd
NYPD Fraternal Day is an annual event at the Police Academy where various religious, ethnic, and line organizations meet with new recruits to promote unity, diversity, and camaraderie, often highlighting the department's diverse organization. It is a key networking event for recruits to learn about these organizations, held regularly during new recruit classes. GOAL’s LGBTQIA+ training team is going to coordinate. GOAL members from NYPD can now enroll in automatic dues payments in the Employee Self Service Portal (ESS). Once logged in, click on Pay and Tax Information, Deduction Information, NYPD Fraternal Org Dues, and select Gay Officers Action League. $30 will be deducted from your paycheck each February.
