Volunteers Needed AIDS Walk Set-Up Crew

Join us on Saturday, May 14th 2022 to help set up for the AIDS Walk!

Volunteer Shift: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Volunteer Role: Saturday Set-Up Crew
Role Description: Help transform Central Park into AIDS Walk central.
Location: The general location for the event is the Naumburg Bandshell near 72nd Street in Central Park. We will provide more details about location as we move closer to the event.

Join Team GOAL NY AIDS Walk 2022

AIDS Walk is the largest single-day AIDS fundraising event in the world! It's a great opportunity for GOAL NY to gain even more visibility within the Community and fundraise to support the Gay Men's Health Crisis (GMHC) and other HIV/AIDS service organizations.

Since it's a charity event, participating does mean raising funds. Members who participate should set a fundraising goal and can work toward achieving that goal through donations from our families, friends, and communities. It won't be a daunting task because we have the support of each other and GMHC.

The Executive Board will be participating, and so should you!

Sign-in opens at 0830 hours. The Walk begins at 1000 hours.
